畢業於國立臺北藝術大學美術創作研究所。
現創作與居住於新竹。因為喜歡旅行與認識各種文化，藉由到各地駐村或與機構合作培養創作能量，到進駐點分享過往的創作經驗，也藉由環境回饋來自我成長。近幾年也以藝術家工作坊的方式，和大眾分享藝術家在創作上的體驗，一同感受藝術的美好。
創作可分為平面及複合媒材類，兩者相輔相成。平面繪畫作為探索內在的管道，回歸初衷，使用隨手可得的筆與紙，透過畫線條，在動靜的節奏裡探索，重新找到連結世界的方法。複合媒材類作品常發生在到各地駐村或與機構合作，將駐村視為創作實驗的培養皿，跳脫個人的平面繪畫，樂於嘗試藉由藝術與他人發展各種互動的可能性。

Work and live in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The artist enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. Through artist residencies and collaborations with institutions, I have been cultivating creative energy, sharing past creative experiences at each residency site, and growing personally through environmental feedback. In recent years, I have also conducted artist’s workshops to share the creative process with the public, allowing others to experience the beauty of art.
My practice spans drawings and mixed media works, which complement each other. Drawing serves as a means of inner exploration and a return to the basics—using readily available pens and paper to draw lines and, through the rhythm of movement and stillness, rediscover ways to connect with the world. Mixed media works often emerge from residencies or collaborations with institutions. These residencies are treated as laboratories for creative experimentation—moving beyond personal two-dimensional work and actively exploring the possibilities of interaction with others through art.
